1. 14-Day Return Guarantee
We stand behind the construction and materials of every AURA piece. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or require a different size, you may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days from the date of confirmed package delivery.
2. Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange, all items must meet the following criteria:
- Item is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- Footwear soles show zero outdoor scuffs or abrasions.
- All original security tags, hangtags, dust bags, and branded boxes are intact.
3. USDT Refund Settlement Procedure
Because all purchases are settled in USDT, approved refunds are disbursed directly in USDT to the customer designated receiving wallet.
Each refund is executed manually by our compliance auditor (Taylor Yang) and permanently cataloged with an on-chain transaction hash (TXID) in the customer order ledger to maintain cryptographic transparency.
4. How to Initiate a Return
