We strictly collect only the information necessary to fulfill and dispatch your physical order: recipient name, shipping address, contact phone/WhatsApp, and email address.

2. Zero Cryptographic Key Collection

Security Guarantee: AURA never collects, asks for, stores, or handles private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords. Transactions are broadcast exclusively by the customer from their independent non-custodial or exchange wallet. Only public transaction hashes (TXIDs) are logged for accounting verification.

3. Data Retention & Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or monetize client data. Shipping information is shared solely with certified courier networks (DHL, FedEx) to facilitate customs transit and door-to-door delivery.
